| | Kingsbourne Construction is a small Groundwork Contractor, we have been trading since September 1999. Primarily we are involved in Groundwork and Civil Engineering, Housing and other Industrial projects. We have carried out Industrial projects, where we were the main contractors working directly for the client. These projects have proved successful with many repeat orders. |

| Due to our wide range of services we offer, we started to diversify into other areas. We found ourselves working in the Sports Industry constructing Running Tracks, Pitches etc. We now work within the Sports Industry 80% of our time at tolerances of 1 in 1000. Due to the huge level of accuracy required on these projects we invested in Dual grade rotating Lasers, Laser guided Dozers and Laser guided Trenchers.
We have and will continue with our investment to keep the company at the forefront of the industry in which we work. See our Portfolio for details of our current laser guided dozer fleet. |

We are always looking at more effective methods in carrying out our projects. This will make us more cost effective, quicker but also hopefully cheaper, hence less funds required to carry out the project.

We have not forgotten our roots however, we still undertake the small projects, Driveways, Gardens etc. We also still carry out Industrial projects. We have just won a project in Bedfordshire consisting of five Industrial units, Roads, Sewers and Services.
